Our stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooftop was incredible and the service was top-notch. The facilities were excellent, with a comfortable bed and a clean room. The breakfast was good and the WiFi worked perfectly. The hotel even provided a free shuttle to the holy part of the city, which was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Karbala.

While there were a few minor issues with housekeeping and the TV not working, these were quickly resolved by the helpful staff, especially Setayesh who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Additionally, the view of the haram was limited to those with suites only, which was a disappointment.

Gorgeous rooms, spotless hotel, and fantastic breakfast. Very helpful and attentive staff, and appreciate the free shuttle to the city center.

Wi-Fi unreliable and sometimes frustrating to use. Housekeeping a bit slow to respond to requests, and some rooms have a bit of a smell.
